The Precision Nuts with GESME® Lock, perform effectively the triple function of CLAMPING, with a perfect CONTACT between nut and piece, and lock high SAFETY They have been desgined and developed exclusively in the Gesme Group R & D & I department, at its headquarters in Navarra. It is a patented and registerd product that has been internationally released after verifying its unique and exclusive system in the world.
TWO MAJOR GROUPS
1- The nuts of the CR series are designed to fix machine parts in the traditional way: on a threaded shaft.
2-2 -The nuts of the SR series are mounted on a non-threaded shaft: the nut itself integrates the system in order to axially lock the element to fix. The threaded part corresponding to the shaft is incorporated in the nut itself on a bush that adjust to a shaft with H7/k6 tolerance.
HIGH TECHNOLOGICAL VALUE
The axial external load generated at the work of the mechanism is absorbed by a false bush which is incorporated to the shaft in a simple and quick way.
